Stuck in Defense Mode
Q: What are your thoughts on being stuck in defense mode all the time? I'm a white belt. Is this normal for awhile? I'm getting very good at stopping my opponents' submissions but I'm NOT SUBMITTING!!! I'm very frustrated by this.
